The rotary cement packaging machine mainly consists of a fuselage, a feeding device, an ash discharging device, a control device, a microcomputer weighing device, and a bag hanging device. The fuselage adopts section steel welded structure, which has high strength, high rigidity, small size and light weight.
Feeding part: The small sprocket is driven by the cycloid reducer, and the feeder is driven by the chain and the large sprocket to rotate to complete the feeding. (Single mouth packaging machine does not include feeder)
Powder discharge part: The motor drives the main shaft impeller to rotate, and the rotating impeller discharges the cement, and puts it into a packaging bag through the ash discharge pipe.
Control part: It is activated by the travel switch, and the cylinder is controlled by the microcomputer and the solenoid valve to open the discharge nozzle and realize the integrated automatic control of the electrical appliances.
Microcomputer weighing device: The packaging machine adopts microcomputer weighing, which has the characteristics of convenient adjustment and stable bag weight.
Bag drop device: it has a unique and novel automatic bag drop device. When the cement is loaded to the calibrated weight, the discharge nozzle is closed and the filling is stopped. At the same time, the electromagnet is attracted by the signal of the sensor, the bag presser works, the automatic bag drop device works, the cement bag falls off, and tilts outward. Leave the packaging machine.
