Founded in 1958, Zhejiang Tongli Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd(formerly Tongxiang Coal & Mining Factory) is a direct subordinate enterprise of Chinese Coal Industry Ministry. Dedicated to the manufacturing of cement production equipment such as vertical roller mills, ball mills, rotary kilns, etc.

In 1988, due to market changes, Tongli developed the first horizontal rotary kiln. The high degree of automation and high output of the rotary kiln quickly replaced the vertical kiln, and doubled the sales in that year.

Fast forward to 1997, Tongli produced its first 2.2x11m ultra-high fineness edge drive cement ball mill, which quickly occupied the market and realized the transformation of key components of the ball mill from import to localization.

Tongli formed joint ventures and first time exported our products to foreign Country; Same year the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Tongli Heavy Machinery.

In 2000 after entering the new era, in order to meet the needs of the market, Tongli developed cement vertical roller mill with a grinding table diameter of 5.6m. In the same year, Tongli undertook the first cement plant EP project and put it into operation successfully, which also marked the company's transformation from equipment manufacturing to cement plant contracting.

In 2013, due to the increasing weight and volume of the products produced by Tongli Heavy Machinery, the existing facility and workshops were gradually unable to meet the needs of production. Therefore, in 2013, Tongli farewelled to the 55-year-old workshop and moved to Tongxiang Economic Development Zone.

After 65+ years of R&D Tongli has earned well-recognized reputation in the cement equipment manufacturing industry and obtained first-class design and processing capability. Today Tongli covers an area of 200,000 square meters, and has over 500 employees, committed to provide satisfactory cement manufacturing equipment for global customers.
